Exercising – HIIT Stopwatch

HIIT is designed for touch. Using HIIT is simple, tap to start or pause; swipe to reset.

iPhone

HIIT for the iPhone has both button and touch controls.

Exercising on an iPhone:

  • Tap the app’s icon to open it.
  • If you’re on the settings page press the check mark icon (on the top left of the screen) to return.
  • You should now be on the app’s main screen.
  • To start an exercise session press the play icon on the main screen or tap the large exercise time digits.
  • To pause an exercise session press the pause icon on the main screen or tap the large exercise time digits.
  • To reset an exercise session, i.e. to start over, press the reset icon (next to the play icon) on the main screen or swipe across the large exercise time digits.

iPad

HIIT for the iPad works with touch.

Exercising on an iPad:

  • Tap the app’s icon to open it.
  • If the settings screen is displayed press the check mark icon (on the top left of the screen) to return.
  • You should now be on the app’s main screen.
  • To start an exercise session tap the large exercise time digits.
  • To pause an exercise session tap the large exercise time digits.
  • To reset an exercise session, i.e. to start over, swipe across the large exercise time digits.
