Editing an exercise plan

You can at anytime make changes to any plan you create or edit one of the built in plans to better suit your needs.

To edit an exercise plan:

  1. Press the settings gear icon on the main screen to enter settings.
  2. Select the second tab with the dumbbell icon.
  3. Under the “Manage Plans” section tap the “Edit” option.
  4. Scroll the list of plans and tap any one of them to edit it.
  5. To change the plan’s name tap it and edit.
  6. To change an exercise’s name tap it and edit.
  7. Press the red “Duration” button and use the rotating picker to edit an exercise’s duration.
  8. Tap the “Done” button to complete an exercise’s edits.
  9. Use the “+” option to add more exercises to this plan.
  10. Tap the edit icon (on the top right of the screen) to enter the reorder and delete mode.
  11. Tap the red minus sign against any exercise to delete it.
  12. Use the grips on the right hand side to re-order exercises by dragging them around.
  13. Press the check mark icon (on the top right of the screen) to exit the reorder and delete mode.
  14. Press the back arrow icon (on the top left of the screen) to return.
  15. Press the back arrow icon (on the top left of the screen) to return.
  16. Press the check mark icon (on the top left of the screen) to return.
  17. Your exercise plan edits are now stored.
