HIIT’s fundamental unit is the exercise plan. An exercise plan is a collection of exercises (or rest phases) that make up a workout session. For example, if your workout consisted of running for a few minutes, then walking for a bit and then sprinting to finish things your exercise plan would be made of those 3 parts. An exercise plan then is a collection of exercises each with its own name and duration.
HIIT comes with a number of popular exercise plans ready to use out of the box. HIIT also allows you to make any exercise plan you can dream up and tailor it your needs in a simple and intuitive manner.
